Removal of restrictive covenant

're above posting, finally have signed and sealed Deed removing the restrictive covenants from our property. Will use form AP1 as advised. Two questions: Is there a fee for this, and Not using a conveyancer, so will we need to complete evidence of identity forms? Many thanks, Margaret Potten

Title no. WSX 190967. I sent an application for the removal of restrictive covenants from my property by Royal Mail tracked on 28th April. The tracking says " Collected from Wolverhampton DO on 29th April 26" , but I have not yet received an email confirming receipt and expected timescale. My neighbour sent a similar application at the same time and received an email confirmation the next day. Is it possible to check whether my application has been received, please? Many thanks.
