A lender has not removed charges from the deeds following completion of the mortgage

Our lender is not responding to inquiries for help with removing a mortgage charge from the deeds following repayment of the mortgage.

Karen - I'm sorry to read that although we have no powers over the lender to respond. I would suggest escalating the issue through their complaints procedure or social media perhaps to try to elicit a response/action<br> If you have the title number for the property or it's address I can check to see if they have perhaps applied to remove their legal charge (mortgage) and have simply not informed you

Thanks Adam, we have submitted a complaint to the lender and waiting for a response. We are selling the property and this is the last pending item to resolve. The property &#160;is 39 Stafford Hill Lane, Kirkheaton HD5 0EG. Thank you for checking .&#160;

Karen - many thanks. There was a legal charge but the lender removed it at the end of July. The property is no longer subject to a mortgage so I assume that whilst they have done what was needed their 'customer service' has then failed for some reason]<br> WYK338500
