Split of the freehold

Hi own the freehold to a converted terrace house with two flats. I don't want the freehold and would like it split or sold. We both have separate leases. I do not want this title. What can I do please 

Hi Stacey - simple answer is market and sell it. The other lessee might want to buy it or buy their freehold part or someone else may want to buy the freehold but it's really legal and/or estate agent advice you need here as to what's viable
And if you 'split' the freehold by selling part to the other lessee then when that purchase is registered the title is split.
