According to our Land Registry Deeds we part own a piece of land with 2 other neighbours. but when we went on to your site and paid the £3 it own has one plan on there. We have another updated plan in our deeds and in the written paperwork of the revised plan. On both of the old and revised plan has a dated stamp on with the same date on so your department definitely acknowledge the revised plan. Because there isn't any plan on your site of the advised plans, so with this our neighbour has now sold the plot. We have been using this plot to park our car on there for over 26 years.

Please can you let me know what we can do.

Deborah - if you think someone has sold land that you own then I'd recommend legal advice
If you are trying to get confirmation re the information you refer to then you'd need to share the specifics involved such as the title number(s) and the plans you mention
If you don't want to share on the public forum then please use our Contact form to do so and the support team will consider and respond as soon as they can
