Update of title plan following extension

Hi I have recently added an extension onto my property I have attached the completion certificate. 

You don't need to do anything now. You will need the Completion Certificate as and when the house is sold. It is also worth checking your current Title Deeds for any covenants that may apply to the property which affect any alterations.
