Possessory claim

Our solicitor has put forward a procession claim and has expedited it. Just wondering how long this normally takes. Basically our title deed doesn't match the land registry and they just need to match. The house has been built since 2007 and one owner since then. So hopefully it's quick to get them matching. So we can proceed with the sale! The postcode is LN95UA
