<p>I am involved with a chain and it has stalled due to the bottom solicitor requiring a ID2 for for the management company who was one of the signatures obtained. for a DOV created regarding an addition of a mortgage protection clause, the management company and landlord cannot understand why this is required as they have not provided this before is this correct?</p> <p>Please help it is very urgent!!</p>
