Good afternoon,

Firstly, my apologies if you have answered this type of enquiry previously, however I could not find how to search your forum
This will be my first self-conveyance, so I’m hoping I have interpreted everything correctly. I have read through the extensive guides & watched the online videos, all very helpful.

I am purchasing a freehold property from two close friends. The property is held jointly, by them, as Trustees of a personal injury trust of which they are the sole trustees.
The Title deed shows Just the two names with no reference to the trust.
It will be transferred to my wife & me.

If I have understood correctly this should be the order in which I act:
After exchange & completion of contract, I submit pay the SDLT and wait for SDLT5.
I will then send the TR1, AP1 & SDLT5 and ID3 (4 sets) documents and a cheque to cover fees.
Are there any other forms or documents that I have missed?
Do you need a copy of the contract?

Please could you confirm that the forms that need to be completed are:
AP1 – signed, witnessed and dated by all four (two Transferors & two transferees).
In Panel 7. Do you require both applicants to be listed as the person sending the application? Or just one
TR1 – signed, witnessed and dated by all four.
In Panel 11, I have added a note to state that the transferors are acting as sole trustees of the settlement trust.
ID3 – one form for each person involved:
Dated within 3 months of submission.
Form to be signed, dated and verified by an Authorised professional.
A copy of passport details page of the applicant & Authoriser.
                Details of Authorisers Profession.
Certified passport photos of ID – Do you need more than one photo for each person named?

Thank you

Good Afternoon Andrew - the documents you refer to are the correct ones. We do not require sight of the contract
Form AP1 is the application form. It does not need witnessing as it is not a legal deed
Panel 6 is for the applicant - namely the names of those to appear on the register. Panel 7 is for the details of the person(s) submitting the application
Form TR1 is the legal deed and as such needs to be executed as appropriate - please refer to the linked guidance on how to complete form TR1 and it's execution
ID3 - we don't need more than one photo. The form explains what's required on each form and as part of the verification. Practice Guide 67 also assists

Thanks for the prompt reply.
Please could you confirm that TR1, AP1 ad ID3s could all be sent together?
