Good Afternoon Andrew - the documents you refer to are the correct ones. We do not require sight of the contract<br> Form AP1 is the application form. It does not need witnessing as it is not a legal deed<br> Panel 6 is for the applicant - namely the names of those to appear on the register. Panel 7 is for the details of the person(s) submitting the application&#160;<br> Form TR1 is the legal deed and as such needs to be executed as appropriate - please refer to the linked guidance on how to complete form TR1 and it's execution<br> ID3 - we don't need more than one photo. The form explains what's required on each form and as part of the verification. Practice Guide 67 also assists
