Can't Find Registration of Leaseholder who has Died

Is all registration digitalized now please ?  Was absolutely everything transferred from paper to digital a few decades ago ?

Jack Winrow (Flat 13 Jubilee Cottage, 143-145 St Andrews Road South, Lytham St Annes FY8 1YB) was my neighbour.  He apparently owned his flat having bought it in 2007.

Trying to help his relatives.  Can't find any digital registration for that flat.  Nothing in any Schedule of Notices of Leases.  No success finding paper deeds either.

Does the Land Registry have any documents at all for Flat 13 please ?

Helen - yes all registered information re register and title plan is now held electronically
There's a mix of titles re 143-145 with a freehold plus a head lease and sub lease but none for Number 13
The superior lease to the privately leased flats is registered under title LA454466 (for 143) and LA700360 (for 145)but Flat 13 is not listed on either title
I would suggest starting with the named landlord on those two titles to see what records they hold re Flat 13 as it appears we have no record of his ownership
