Good morning,

I am attaching a copy of a proposed TP1 Plot plan (our Plot is 41).
Developers have said that this has been LR approved, but having read through all of the guidance, I am not sure that this Plan will be acceptable, (for example, there is no North point).

Can you possibly advise whether a Plot plan such as this would be accepted without the north point, as I understood that this was a requirement.

Good Afternoon - the lack of a N point in this scenario would not be cause to reject the plan or request an amendment
When a developer refers to a plan as having been 'LR approved' they are referring to the Estate Plan Approval (EPA) process - Guidance for preparing plans for Land Registry applications - GOV.UK - see section 5 for guidance
The plan you have attached has been used as the basis of a number of plot sales, both completed and still pending, for this development
