Meaning of wording

For all purposes for the purchasers and persons authorised by them over the said roadway on the said plan in common with the owners and occupiers of  Handy place and any others entitled to the like right and their  purchasers and their successors in title contributing one half of the cost of maintaining and repairing the said roadway.

Michael - it's legal advice you really need here as to the 'meaning' of the wording on a registered title.
It's important to read the register in it's full context both re the deed from which the wording is taken and also with regards other affected land/property mentioned.
In an effort to try and help I assume the wording is taken from a 'right' (easement) of some description and in having the benefit of that right they are responsible for it's shared upkeep as well
