Land registration Expedite updates

Hi, could you please provide update on case reference WK215702? we are in process to buy property and its very urgent to complet the process by 20th Oct. as i have to vacant current rental property by that time. Any help much appreciated

Hi Jitendra - we don't have an application against WK215702 and haven't done for a few years. I'd suggest checking with the conveyancer involved to confirm the title number and any case (ABR - our) reference

Jitendra - that's not a HMLR reference. The property we have for that title is 50 Maidavale - correct?
If it is then you need to confirm things with the conveyancer as suggested

Yes, that’s right property. There is peace of land missing/unregistered and they have submitted application for registration. I’m one of chain in that sale which is affecting due to this issue. If it can be resolved before 20th Oct would be highly appreciated. Because I have to vacant my current property at that time.

Jitendra - understood and appreciated. However there is no application showing as pending to register that parcel of unregistered land. 
You need to check with the chain to confirm and speak to your conveyancer

Hi Jitendra - I can see it’s being worked on but can’t be definitive as yet. Will check again tomorrow and try and get a better update 

Hi Jitendra - the case has been partially processed and is now with a senior officer to confirm next steps and if anything else is required. Expedition ensures that will happen asap and we will then contact the conveyancer who applied as appropriate

Jitendra - I can't 'push' anyone but I will ask the Q of the casework team to see if they can assist.

I must stress that this type of application is very rarely a 'quick fix' and invariably more is required before the registered information can be updated. Hopefully your conveyancer has already advised you as appropriate
