Incorrect date on ST1

Hi,

I recently submitted an application for Adverse Possession but today have noticed that the date on the ST1 is incorrect. 
I dated it when I first drafted the document but forgot to update the date prior to printing, signing and posting.
Is this something that can be easily rectified or will it be picked up by the case team?
The ST1 was drafted on 18 Oct which is the date on the document but later had some additions made to it and wasn’t printed and signed until 03 Nov. 

Hi Cai - if you want to amend the ST1 then I'd suggest submitting the new one with an explanation
