Hi, I have a situation and wonder if you can assist, please. Both proprietors have died (in 2009 and 2023), we have Probate for the latter. However, there is a Form A restriction in the title.

there are two executors. On the sale of the property will an additional Trustee need to be nominated in order to overreach the restriction ?

Can you offer any advice, please on how to move forward and overreach the restriction......
Thank you.

It's okay - I think I have sorted it out - B.

Beth - if there are two personal reps selling then the restriction does not 'bite' so you don;t have to appoint anyone else
