Notice of Matrimonial Rights

The  husband  (deceased) who is the sole owners has passed away. There is notice of matrimonial home right  dated in November 2000, in favour of deceased's wife, who has also passed away

The children where very young in 2000 and do not have any documents or background regarding ths Notice

How can the children remove this notice at the Land Registry. Can Land Registry provide any supporting document. If they can, what is the procedure , cost etc
