Hello, I'm now going into month 6 of our house purchase. A Deed of Variation needed to be produced and submitted to you due to the Leased Solar panels on the property meeting lender requirements. I believe this was submitted to you beginning of the week and expedited, I don't have a reference number but have the address and postcode of the property, could you please check if this has been looked at yet? Are they normally simple to process? NR20 3HJ Thank you, apologies if this is not the right place to ask, as you can imagine the purchase of the house has been quite stressful with delays

Hello Georgina - it's rarely a Q of simplicity but more about have they submitted a complete and accurate application that enables us to process and complete it swiftly.
Expedition gets the application to the processing start line within 10 days (often sooner). Everything then depends on it being in order
I would speak to whoever has submitted it to ask them to check/confirm that it's been submitted, expedited and to advise when processing has started and if any issues have arisen. When doing so ask them to confirm the address/title number also

Thanks Adam, I realised I posted two threads by accident (I'm new to land registry page) I've replied to you on the other thread with the full address. (Rising Crest, the street, Hockering) I've just emailed the estate agent to ask the vendors solicitor of they can view the application their end too and what stage we are at.
