5 Land Registry enquiries - can I have an update?

I am purchasing a house and my solicitor has requested via the sellers solicitor corrections to the title around the premises name and general errors to the title, my solicitor is very competent but the sellers solicitor hasn't spoken to us for a week and I would like to know is there is application for these changes with you. Neil - many thanks. We had an application to amend the property description/address. Submitted 26th Feb and completed 3rd March. So am guessing what they wanted amended has now been done and they are aware

Thanks, is there anything there about a right of way and " Blue Land"?

Dean - there is a right of way over blue land referred to. But nothing re that was part of their application
