Have a read of the PG 5 I linked you to previously for an idea of what happens next and the process involved.

Thanks Adam, Yes I've read the document thanks, we have limited time on our mortgage offer so I'm hoping its goes as quick as possible. Dean

Dean - if your limited time is 10 weeks or less then do speak to your lender re an extension. Suich claims will take time to process and complete from a registration perspective even with expedition

Ok, Thanks, so everything was ok with the application and they didn't need to go back for anymore information from the conveyancer.. nothing outstanding from that respect?

Dean - nothing to date. Obviously if the OS report conflicts or highlights anything a request for more might be raised but at this stage nothing

31/3/25 - Hi Adam, Ordinance Survey have visited and in there words it looks "straightforward"... not sure if the report will be back with you yet?..  in respect of the wider checks that involve letters to the neighbours, will we know which neighbours have been contacted? We were hoping to speak to them to let them know what to expect but it would be easier if we knew which ones to speak to. if that makes sense.

Regard

Dean

Dean - report now received and case now gets reviewed by a senior technician to decide next steps
If wider checks are made you are not informed
