Dean - no update other than now with one of our lawyers to agree next steps. I have asked for a further update but I suspect there won;t be anything more to tell as yet

Hi Adam, than you for the reply. It's been back with LR since the beginning of the month and the clock is ticking towards our mortgage expiry. We still have the next step of letters being sent to neighbours in case of any objection to go yet. Please can you stress the urgency and we would appreciate moving forward as soon as is possible.

Good Morning - notices have been served on the county and parish councils and they have until the 17th May to respond

Thanks Adam, does that mean that's the only notices being sent? or is there still notices to be sent to the neighbours? Regards Dean

Dean - that would be the conclusion reached, yes

sorry, one more thing then I will leave you in peace. So assuming nothing is raised as a result of these notices then we would be good to proceed?

Dean - how and when you proceed would be a Q for your solicitor, not HMLR. 
But I assume your solicitor has already confirmed that until the registration is completed then they won't complete, hence your raising the enquiries that you are. And as such we can't complete the registration until the wider checks referred to have completed so you will most likely need to wait until after 17th May before things will be 'good to proceed'

Yes Adam I appreciate that, probably a poor choice of words on my part by "proceed" I was meaning proceed on with the registration not with the house process. I understand we will need to have the completed registration before we can "proceed" with the move.

Dean - apologies as I misunderstood the reference. If we get no replies to the checks then things are 'good to proceed' after the expiry date of said checks, correct
