Morning Dean - nothing further to update
They have until after Noon tomorrow to respond so the case will be reviewed and all channels checked after the 14th to see if anything further needs to happen. It's a human process and not an automated one

Hi Julie, You have put this on the end of an existing thread, you need to delete it and start a new post/question.

Hi Julie - if you need to apply to cancel the charge then you need to apply by post using form CN1 and submitting evidence that the charge has been paid off. That would usually be a form DS1 completed by the creditor
Notice: cancellation (CN1) - GOV.UK
Mortgage: cancellation of entries for lenders (DS1) - GOV.UK

Dean - the case goes back to the casework for review to ensure nothing received via all contact channels. It's not an auto process but requires a human to review and complete as appropriate
