<p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:100%;">I have all the paperwork ready for a transfer and noticed my deceased mothers name is spelt wrong on the copy of the land registry they sent me, they have replaced an N with a M.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:100%;"></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:100%;">I have the original paperwork from the house (deeds etc) and it’s correct there. Will this be a problem for the transfer, how can I correct this?</p> <br> Thank you

Sadie H - the conveyancer(s) can normally provide confirmation re the named persons being one and the same and providing a copy of the evidence to support that<br> If unwilling for any reason then the contact form can be used to report the error&#160;<a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/public-guidance-dealing-with-land-and-property#contact-form">Public guidance: dealing with land and property - GOV.UK</a>
