<p>Hi Adam,</p> <p>Just so you’re aware, the three letters arrived in the post today, dated 18th June, I remember from&#160;before duplicate letters were sent out&#160;for the last survey, so I have no idea if these are the originals or the second lot. Good Morning Adam,<br> I wonder if it would be possible to clarify something for me? As you have hopefully seen from the message I put on here yesterday, the request letters to arrange the survey have arrived.&#160;<br> There is some confusion regarding an additional letter that may or may not have been sent to Mr Mark Burton, The Grange K519480.<br> Would you be able to ascertain if a letter has been sent to him asking if he has any objection to the adverse possession?&#160;<br> if so when was it posted and would it have been first class. <p>Morning Adam,</p> <p>I have contacted Ordnance Survey for an update on the requested survey of the boundaries. Sally - it seems the survey report is in and the case is on referral to senior officer to decide on next steps as appropriate<br> K526244

Sally - can I just check that your understanding on the ground is that both surveys have been completed. There was a first survey request and completed by OS but there was a second one required as per letters issued on 18th June.&#160;<br> I'd suggest double-checking with OS as we don't have that second survey report as yet and there may have been delays as access would have been required this time<br> &#160;

<p>Hi Adam,</p> <p>Oh dear, that doesn’t sound good. I wonder if OS have misunderstood, we were told they had until 11th July, there is no way they could get access to the Grange without us, as its gated and padlocked, we have the access codes required and that was stated on the form the Granges owner returned vis that OS&#160;link. <p>Hi Adam,&#160;</p> <p>So have now told me the OS surveyor attended on Monday 7th July 2025,&#160;&#160;my husband has checked our security camera and sure enough there he is wandering about on the drive. Apparently the report was submitted to HMLR yesterday afternoon. He must be a Ninja because he couldn’t get into one of the properties involved as it’s gated and locked. He has been around our&#160;back garden&#160;and that is the piece in question.&#160;</p> <p>So I&#160;guess we are back to your original message about it needs to be looked at when it arrives with you.</p> <p>When would it be a suitable time to ask for an update again?
