Hi Adam,

Just a quick bit of advice required. If there was a small section of land that was ours and has been since 1987 but was shown included on another neighbours title deed (its in an area that has already been looked at by both surveyors visits) how long would an additional adverse possession roughly take, bearing in mind it would be submitted as an expedited enquiry by our Solicitor.

It seems this piece of land approximately 3m x 1.5m is now responsible for threatening our chain, even though no one disputes it.

Kind regards

Sally

Good morning Adam,
Mr Mark Burton (the Grange K519480) returned the NAP form with no objections to the adverse possession, it was sent signed for, he has informed us that it was collected by someone on Thursday 31st July 2025 from Wolverhampton delivery office, Mr and Mrs Alakija (Norelands K650326) returned their forms in the prepaid envelopes provided on Tuesday so we are hoping they have also arrived. Would you be able to check please? How long does it take for our solicitor to be notified that the adverse possession is now complete?
many thanks.

Kind regards
Sally (K526244)
