Challenge registration of Trust Deed

A party is attempting to register a Trust Deed against my property. How can I challenge the registration of the Trust Deed?

Its my ex partner. The property is in my sole name. We have a trust deed stating that I give her 50% of the property to hold in trust for our young daughter (2 years old) and she has registered it. How can I challenge the registration and what forms do I need? Thanks.
