First time register two adjoining plots of land as one title

Bought house and land plot in 1974. In 1976 purchased adjoining piece of land from same builder. I would like to register both plots under one title to make the registration simpler and to make the sale of the house more straightforward. We have the conveyancing documents for both purchases and would be asking a solicitor to do the registration. Thanks in anticipation of your help.

Frank - not too sure what help you are looking for here. Your solicitor can apply to register the property as one application. Just need to ensure that they submit the necessary deeds/documents to prove title and a suitable plan to show the extent to be registered
