Expedited application update please

Hi please can I have an update on our expedited application. This relates to updating the title deed: LAN148753. We had a deed of variation to alter terms of a management estate company. This is the last part in our sale now and we need to complete ASAP. Thanks

Hi GL L - there's no pending application against that title and we've not had anything significant for quite some time
The title is for a property #48 - is it the right title number?
If it is then I would suggest contacting the conveyancer involved to clarify/confirm what's happening and if an application is with us ask then to confirm the title number and our case (ABR) reference

thank you so much for your quick response. Apologies i thought our case was with land registry but realised after speaking to my solicitor that the new deed unfortunstrly hasnt been submitted yet. Will be in touch again once this request has been made.

I believe the application was submitted last week and expedited. Is there any update on it please

Hi GL L - an application was submitted on the 6th Nov, expedited and completed on the 8th. The updated register is available online and the lodging conveyancer was notified
