Mapping parts of multiple titles in one transfer

What is the expectation of the map accompanying a TP1 when parts of multiple registered titles are being transferred together to one Transferee?

Should there be one plan comprising all of the parts or multiple plans (one for each registered title affected)? If there is just one does it need to show which part is which title?
