Transfer of Freehold to the Leaseholder

How long would it take to finalise?&#160;<br> <br> According to the internet, it is 26 weeks. Is it true? However, I requested and obtained both the title number (GM699466) and the application reference (Z974YST). Dear Dilara - that's a pending application to register a transfer of ownership and was submitted in February. Current average timescales suggest it's likely to wait some time still before it's processed.<br> Once you have confirmed a buyer then a request to expedite should be submitted to keep the wait time as short as possible<br> GM699466
