Myself and my neighbour, by agreement, are looking to exchange a small part of our land by way of exchange / gifting and ensure both exchanges are registered correctly.
Basically, I'm looking to swap a very small peice of land at the rear of my property to my neighbour, and, my neighbour is looking to exchange to me a small piece of land to the front.
Both properties are free of mortgage and both properties are freehold. To keep things simple and as both properties are mortgage free, along with no actual sale taking place is this something that can be done ourselves with HM land registry, if so what forms etc need submitting, if not, does this have to be done via solicitor etc?
