Thursday last week, I rang OS and said that it has been filed with you and all further queries are to go through yourselves?

Ordnance survey went out last Thursday, and said they have submitted the report and all further queries are to go via yourselves?

John - the report is still not with the live case but it can take a few days for that to happen so it's not something to chase or worry about for now. The process re OS visit, report, update OS mapping detail and then referral will take time and it's not a process that can be expedited/accelerated by us/you
The casework team will let me know if there's an issue re delivery but once received then the case is referred again for review and next steps etc as explained
