There is a restriction dated 15/3/22 registered on the above property.

How can we get a copy of the restriction? We have an online business account with the Land Registry. Can we use this account to request a copy of the restriction

Dear Umesh - I assume you mean a copy of the application form or similar by which the restriction was registered.
It's a form A/joint proprietorship restriction applied for using a form SEV dated 15th March 2022 and you can apply for an official copy of the form using your business e-service account
