Registered Owners of Property Question

<p>Hello,</p> <p>The registered owner on the title deeds for my parent’s house is a company named Erbelon Limited&#160;instead of my parents, is this just an update issue regarding a recently paid off mortgage or because they actually own the land the property is on? The company&#160;is also linked in ownership to two neighbouring properties. I'm struggling to find accurate information on this so any help is appreciated, thank you.</p>

Hello Sarah -&#160; I am assuming you have viewed the title register of DY435558.&#160;<br> <br> As stated in the title register, title DY435558 is the freehold title for 14 Railway Street and two other properties.&#160; The other two properties are also registered separately under their own leasehold titles.&#160;<br> <br> I have not found any record of us&#160;having received any application to register 14 Railway Street either as a leasehold title or by way of transfer of the freehold.&#160; If, as you have stated, your parents paid off a mortgage then the question arises was that ever registered.&#160; Did the lender provide any documents which reveal any more information?&#160; &#160;<br> <br> <br> <br> &#160;
