Title number change

Good afternoon, I am self conveyancing a property which was leasehold. Recently, the vendor bought the freehold. I had already pre-prepared all the documents, but now note that the freehold has a different Title Number than the Leasehold. Which one should I use on the LR documents? TR1 & AP1 allow more than one, however the SDLT1 only has space for a single one. Hope you can help with my confusion, Thanks, Andrew.

Good Afternoon Andrew - that all depends on whether you are buying the freehold and leasehold or just the latter.
