Hi, I am one of the trustees of a small local charity. We have transferred the land to the Official Custodian for Charities but the land registry is still in the name of two trustees. How do we change the land registry to the Official Custodian please.

Hi Lyndon - our PG 14 provides guidance - Charities: advice for applications sent to HM Land Registry (PG14) - GOV.UK
Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property. There can be significant consequences for any error. Please consider seeking legal representation. Before making an application without legal representation, it is important to consider the benefits of using a conveyancer.
