Practice Guide 78: overseas entities

If paragraph 5.2 is satisfied (Execution in a manner prmitted by local law) is satisfied by the provision of a Solicitor's letter as described, is there any additional requirement to satisfy any of the other sub-paragraphs of paragraph 5?

Lewis - not sure I entirely understand the Q but it may help if I state that section 5 in itself explains how an overseas company may execute a deed. The section states in 'one of three ways' and each subsection, 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 then explain the three ways as mentioned
