Do I need to execute a Deed of Gift in addition to form TR1 to transfer property to my children

Do I need to complete a Deed of Gift in addition to completing form TR1 to transfer property to my children who live in Australia?  If I do need a Deed of Gift, does this also have to be signed by my children?  I currently live in the UK and the property is located in the UK.

Murray - it's a form TR1 that's used to transfer the legal ownership. If you do that for no monetary consideration then some may refer to it as a 'deed of gift' but it's still a Transfer
