Apologies Adam, I was looking at the wrong reference.<br> I believe the correct number is EX616085.<br> Thank you.

Hi Paul - the mortgage (registered legal charge) was removed back in 2024<br> EX616085

Paul - there aren't any original deeds in the old-fashioned sense as this was a council sale in 1999.
