Pending charges on land registry

We purchased our property on 14th Feb 2025 , apparnelty our names appear on land registry records. 
however we are trying to secure some funds against the house and it states their is a pending charge? How do we find out what this is? The solicitor states our registration is still going through land registry and some cases are taking 6-12months.

Any advice/help on what is outstanding would be appreciated so I can advise the lender?

Lauren - the solicitor should be aware but happy to take a look if you share the title number. May not be able to go into too much detail but should be able to offer a steer

Any idea how i get the title number? The solicitor states it is just the registration still going through. 
Would our names appear on there if this was the case?

Lauren - your names wouldn't appear on the register yet if their application is still pending.
If you don't have the title number then what's the property address?
Your solicitor should be able to offer you more information/clarity

There's a pending application to correct the register as your partner's surname has been typed incorrectly. They've submitted it as an actual application rather than flagging it as an error at our end.
There's no 'pending charge' as you put it and only their application. Your future lender won't say 'Yes' until your names match with the mortgage application and register hence the current issue
I'll flag it with colleagues to get it expedited and corrected as swiftly as possible
