Usage of restricted byway

Hello,<br> we are an adjacent landowner of an restricted byway that goes over some private land and we believe that&#160;a restricted byway would be normally only accessible by foot, horse, etc.<br> However, as we are an adjacent landowner, would the restricted byway grant us vehicular access over our neighbours land to our house?<br> Best Regards&#160;<br> Steve
