Which Type of Restriction

I am not sure which type of restriction has been put on the above property. Is it A, B, or C

I have e-business account. Can I  order form TR1 and relevant restrictions forms that have been filed at Land Registry

Dear Umesh - it's a form B restriction. See the appendix B to PG 19 for the wording of our standard restrictions
And yes you can order the TR1 and forms as appropriate through the portal
