Can we, as married joint owners, carry out this change ourselves? I have an SEV form and I can download a title register for the title number of the property.

Thank you for your prompt reply Adam. I have posted the completed SEV form to the Land Registry with a covering letter. Can I ask, is this a first step towards achieving tenants in common.

Roger - applying for a form A/joint ownership restriction using a form SEV is often linked to holding a property as tenants in common. Do read the linked guidance for more details. And do revisit any legal advice you have been given or guidance you have obtained with regards making such a change/application
