Finally finished the restoration to add a bedroom

After successfully getting planning permission in 2015 we have finally finished adding a bedroom and bathroom. How do I update the details of the house with the lan registry?

Gill - We maintain a register of ownership of land and property in England and Wales.  We do not record details of number of rooms, layout of the property, etc., so you do not need to notify us about the additions as long as they are within the extent of land in your title.
