paid off mortgage

I recently paid off my mortgage and believe i need to inform yourselves? if so how do i do this or has this automatically been done via the Leander?

Lawrence - if you have used a regular lender (not a private individual) then they will invariably apply direct to us to remove their legal charge (mortgage) from the register. Nost do so on average within 3-4 weeks of notifying you.
