Is it possible to obtain a Possessory Title on Highway  Land?

What is the correct procedure to challenge with the Land Registry a Possessory Title

James - all depends on what you are challenging precisely - can you explain?

I am challenging the fact that you have issued the title over a right of way which is part of the highway and is included on the definitive map, and that the correct procedure was not followed as per the Land Registry guidelines set out under Practice guide 5 to contact the Highways Department and inform them as such.
