Hi,

Once the SEV form (Form A or RX1) for Joint tenancy and Deed have been sent off, if accepted, do the land registry send confirmation back to the owners? If yes, will the confirmation be sent to the property?

My wife and me are joint owners currently and are applying together.

Hi Krishnan - not at present but that is something we will be introducing in the near future

Ok Adam, thanks for clarifying. So assuming I can send the photo copies and keep originals for record for HMRC and other future requirements.
