How to add my wife to the deeds of our home

<p>Our mortgage was in my name only, however I have recently finished paying off the mortgage, and I would like to add my wife's name to the title deeds of our home.</p> <p>The title deeds are in my name only, and are apparently held electronically by Land Registry.</p> <p>I would like to apply for a copy of the deeds, but I&#160;would like to add my wife's name to the deeds first.</p> <p>What do I need to do please, what are the steps, who do I contact, what forms do I need etc ?</p>
