Transfer of Property to another spouse

Dear Sir/Madam, Re: Title No. NGL444557 One of the spouses wishes to transfer both their legal and beneficial interest in the above property and remove any restrictions registered against the title. As I am not a conveyancer, I would be grateful if you could advise which forms are required to be completed and submitted to HM Land Registry in order to proceed with this change. I would also appreciate confirmation as to whether these forms can be completed and submitted online through my Land Registry account. Many thanks for your assistance in this matter.
