Missing information when search for Land & Property Information

I search for Land & Property Information of my property but the page shown “some information is not available here yet”. How do I check which information miss and how can I submit the missing information?

The registration of the property has not been completed yet and therefore you are not able to see anything.  The application is being processed but there are queries that need to be resolved.  We have raised queries with the conveyancers who submitted it and are awaiting for them to resolve those queries. 

I suggest you contact the conveyancers and find out what's happening.

using my zip code NW10 1DX then choose my flat I get such error

This information can change if we receive an application.

This service cannot tell you if HM Land Registry are dealing with an application.

what other ways there are to get my title deed ?

should I go somewhere in person ?

I own my flat more than a year

if you need full address with flat number for answer please let me know

Hello - it looks like you bought a new build flat and as such it hasn't been registered yet. Until it is you won't find the registered information.
I'd suggest asking your conveyancer to confirm and to provide you with a provisional title number and our case (ABR) reference for certainty.
Your purchase will be protected if they provide that detail but it may still be several months before it is registered
