An unregistered property

<p>hello&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; we are interested in buying a property that does not seems to be registered at Land registry. I can see the address is there when i am looking for the title register but it says the property cannot be found. It may not be registered. I know the address is correct as the gps took us there. How can i find out the title deed number without paying the full price?&#160;This is just a provisional research and I will be paying my solicitor for access to the land registry later anyway.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Thank you</p>

Hello Venelina - You would have to apply by post for a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-property-and-land/search-the-index-map">Search of Index Map</a>.<br> <br> This will confirm if the land / property is registered with us or not, and if registered, it will reveal the title number.&nbsp; &nbsp;There is a fee payable for it.&nbsp;&nbsp;
